County Agricultural Incentives Program (CAIP)
Applications will be accepted starting Monday, July 13th, through Thursday, August 13th.
What is CAIP?
CAIP provides Kentucky agricultural producers with cost-share assistance on practices to allow them to improve and diversify their current farm operations.
CAIP covers a wide variety of agricultural enterprises in its 11 incentive areas, highlighted below, including specific guidleines for each category:
After Approval
Participation in CAIP requires a minimum of one (1) educational component attained within the last 6-months related to farm management, production, best management practices, or marketing. Eligible sessions include extension-sanctioned workshops, seminars, field days, online courses, webinars, etc.
