2007 Earth Day

What began as a pilot program during the 2001-2002 school year, "Celebration Earth", continues to grow and become a popular activity for elementary and middle school students. For Earth Day 2007, 120 second and third grade students from Camden Station Elementary School took part Friday, April 27th at Wendell Moore Park.

Presenters for each station were professional representatives within their respective positions in state, federal and private agencies.  Students enjoyed visiting the following presenters and listening to their topics.
